Greg Gutkowski
Founder

Greg  has over 20 years of multidisciplinary global business experience spanning marketing, sales, and IT management, as well as Internet software  development, IoT, advanced data analytics, and

journalism. 


Greg has earned the following advanced degrees: MBA in IT Management, MS in Economics,

MS in Journalism.


He currently runs the business analytics software company 3CLICKS.US and teaches business analytics and digital strategies at the University of North Florida Coggin College of Business.


Greg has worked over the years with customers from various industries. He has helped, among others:

He has also designed analytics systems for several K-12 public and private school districts across the U.S. to assist them in evaluating the effectiveness of various education programs. His analytic software have been implemented by many leading U.S. school districts.


Charles Bell

Charles is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 35 years of healthcare technology experience. He is one of the first pioneers of digitizing the Patient Experience. Charles has founded, cofounded and managed several successful national and international healthcare technology companies including Angelwatch, Dwyer Precision Products, Westside Communications, Wescom (Intego), Bellco Ventures and Linxio Group. 


In the early 1980's he saw the need to form Wescom) an international design and manufacturing company focused on using software base technology to automate the process and delivery of patient care needs. He formed a team and led the development of a patient-centric communications platform that included nurse to patient communication, locating, tracking, EMR integration and analytics. The focus was to provide a safe and quiet environment, improve care provider efficiency while delivering a better patient outcome.


In 1984 he installed his first Central Command Center (Virtual Care Center) focused on delivering the best Patient Experience. The system allowed to manage all patient related communications (alerts , alarms, and requests from one central point. The virtual command center increased efficiency provided a quieter environment without the need to add staff, increase the number of work hours while also increasing patient satisfaction and providing a better patient outcome. 


In 2006, he rebranded Wescom as Intego. Currently more than 200 healthcare facilities worldwide are using the technology. In February of 2012 he negotiated the sale of the assets of Intego to Critical Alert (www.criticalalert.com) and became an equity partner in Critical Alert and was appointed the role as Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer. He held this position from 2012-mid 2013. His customers include among others:
